We’re seeking calm, patient, and reliable female staff to support participants with complex and behavioural needs.
About the Role:
Provide daily support, skill development, and community engagement for individuals living with disabilities. Build positive, trusting relationships and stay calm under pressure.
Requirements:
✅ Experience with complex/behavioural needs or mental health
✅ Great communication & de-escalation skills
✅ NDIS Worker Check, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
✅ NDIS Orientation, Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Shifts:
Day, afternoon, sleepover & weekend shifts available now.
