But when you do that, notice where your breath goes — it rises into your chest. That’s shallow breathing, and it keeps your body in stress mode.

Most people are told to “pull your shoulders back and stand up straight.”

Unfortunately, that’s one of the biggest reasons back and neck pain keep coming back!
