🌀When You Don’t Even Know Where to Start 🌀

Do you ever look around and feel like there’s just so much — and you’re not even sure where to begin?

That’s often when people reach out for a Mother Helper session.

Together, we start small — one corner, one load, one shelf at a time — and before long, the whole energy of the home shifts. It’s not about perfection; it’s about breathing space.

If you’d like to understand how this works (and how to prepare), my free download ‘The Mother Helper Guide’, it walks you through it all.

🕊️ You can find it through the link in my bio.

Yesterday morning I cracked.

Three small humans, all needing me at once… a bow that needed re-threading, lego frustrations, constant talking, and the endless mess staring me down.

I fumbled, I snapped, I became mean.
And then came the guilt. The shame. The spiralling.

I stopped.

I closed the windows, turned on the air con, got a glass of water, named my priorities (even though it still felt like a mess). This moment with the kids matters most.

And then I sat on the couch and explained: I was overwhelmed. Acknowledging that I didn’t respond well at all. I was triggered by the noise and the neediness.
I apologized. I thanked the one who called me out.

✨ Mothering is messy.
✨ We rupture, again and again.
✨ But the gold is in the repair — with our children, and with ourselves.

A reminder for me (and maybe for you too): we will not model regulation perfectly. But we can model honesty, repair, and compassion.

I share because often these experiences are kept silent.

We may think others have mothering down pat.

I see you and feel you.

Multiple children, neurodivergence, parenting for long stretches alone, single parenting, our
hormonal changes, life in its stressors - it’s a LOT!

Nourished Beginnings

My name is Tanya. I am a wife and mother of three beautiful boys. I have a background as a registered nurse and have a keen interest in alternative therapies and healing modalities. The birth of my first child changed my world and kindled an inner fire desiring to nourish mothers as they transition from maiden to mother, and mothers bringing more divine beings into their nest. After the birth of my second child, that inner fire grew.

My desire for all newborn mothers is to ease into motherhood feeling confident, supported, nourished and loved. That each mother can have the space to tune into her glorious self and her baby so to be intuitively guided as she mothers, where she can share her thoughts and feelings without judgement, where she can ask for help without guilt. Ultimately for her to feel supported and held as she navigates the newness of her child and motherhood.
