Hi, I’m Rei (or Reigan)! I’m a senior beauty therapist at Balance Beauty and have been with the team for 2 years, working between our Hyde Park and Magnetic Island salons. I love the mix of seeing both regular clients at Hyde Park and welcoming tourists to Magnetic Island for spa treatments—along with locals from both Maggie and Townsville.
My favourite treatments are Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, and facials, but my true passion is making every client feel amazing, no matter the service. I’ve had great conversations with many clients, but I secretly love it when they get so relaxed during facials or massages that they fall asleep!
When I’m not at work, I’m at home with my son (who keeps me from getting more dogs) and our 4 dogs, plus 3 fish. If it were up to me, I’d probably own 100 dogs!

With over 20 years of experience as a beauty therapist, I am deeply passionate about the work I do and the care I provide. I love that my career allows me to nurture others, helping them feel relaxed, confident, and beautiful in their own skin. Every aspect of my role brings me joy, from lash tinting and waxing to relaxation facials, massage, and advanced skin‑corrective treatments.
