📢 Residents’ Experience Survey – 5 & 6 November 2025

On 5th and 6th November 2025, residents at The Home will have the opportunity to take part in the Residents’ Experience Survey. 💬

This survey is your chance to share feedback on the care you receive and help us understand your experience.

✅ A small number of residents will be randomly selected to participate.
✅ Participation is voluntary – if you’re invited, the survey team will ask for your consent first.
✅ It takes 10–30 minutes to complete.
✅ Your responses are confidential – your name will not be connected to your answers.
✅ No one at your aged care home or within the Australian Government will know if you take part.

We can arrange interpreters or other support if needed, and you’re welcome to have a family member or friend with you during the survey. 💗

🐾 Pet Blessing at the Home 🕊️

On Friday, 3rd October, our Home's chaplain, Fr. Noel Fernando, held a special blessing for our beloved visiting pets – Dottie, Odie, and Winston!

These furry friends bring so much joy and comfort to our residents, and it was a heartwarming moment to honor them for the love they share.

The wonderful Donna has been working around the clock with her crew to create amazing creations for us.

Recently they delivered lovely colourful Pillows/Wheelchair Bags/Shopping Bags/Ponchos, and they have already started on their next project – covers for bed catheter bags.

We are very grateful that they though of us at TGSH.
