Oh my goodness I have been slack with my social media posting!
I have been super busy with studying my Grad Dip in Psychology & with mum duties (Gem is about to finish year 12!) and now I realise there are only 6 weeks today until Christmas!!!! (Can I start decorating yet?)

I am not taking significant time off over the Christmas new year period but I will be working reduced hours!

Thank you to everyone who came to support our bake sale yesterday! It makes such a difference for our little group to have the funds to help cover the cost of vet care, food, shelter...thank you ❤️

Our next fund raiser is next Sunday we are having a Paint n Sip event. Food, drinks (wine and soft drinks) painting a cute chicken led by local artist Cassie, raffles, lots of fun! Come as a group or individually. All money raised goes directly to the care of the animals 🦃🐓🐾🐽🐖🦢🦆 Hope to see you there!

This is a funny representation that I come across a lot in clinic especially in long term relationships or parents bringing their children in.

As we are in August already, I am asking are you looking after yourself? Are you prioritising yourself!

Remember there are GP management plans available if you are dealing with chronic pain!

I am back in clinic today & eager to get back into it! Thank you to everyone for your understanding while I have been in hospital.

Would you look at that. School holidays start this weekend! I’m excited because it means the Victorian kids will be here soon!

I will be away from clinic for week 2 from 4-13 July as Chris & I take the kids camping & exploring.
