How does Rejuran work?

Here’s the mechanism and effects:

1. Injection into dermis
Rejuran is delivered by many tiny micro-injections into the superficial to mid-dermal layer.

2. Stimulation of fibroblasts
The polynucleotides act to “signal” skin cells (particularly fibroblasts) to increase production of collagen and elastin, which are key structural proteins in the dermal matrix.

3. Anti-inflammatory & repair effects
The PN fragments also help reduce skin inflammation, assist in healing microdamage or photodamage, and support the restoration of the skin barrier.

4. Scaffolding / matrix effect
This is where the idea of “scaffolding” comes in: the injected polynucleotides form a kind of biocompatible matrix or scaffold in the dermis. This scaffold provides structural support, creating a framework around which new collagen and elastin fibers can form and reorganise.

In short: you can think of the PN molecules as forming a temporary “sponge” or “sling” in the dermis that helps guide and support new tissue growth.

5. Gradual remodeling over weeks to months
Over time, as the skin remodels (with collagen/elastic fiber formation), the scaffold gradually degrades, leaving behind more resilient, better-structured skin.

Now, with over 10 years of experience in the skin industry, she returns with even more knowledge, skill, and dedication to her craft.

CO2 FRACTIONAL LASER RESURFACING for 👁👁

Laser resurfacing is a specialised skin treatment that lifts dead layers of skin as well as stimulates the growth of new collagen.

Fractional therapy describes a treatment that affects only a fraction or small percentage of the skin. This fractional treatment selectively removes columns of tissue leaving surrounding skin intact.

Laser resurfacing is ideal for the treatment of:
* Sun Damaged Skin
* Wrinkles
* Acne scarring
* Poor skin texture
* Large pores
* Unwanted scars
* Skin blemishes such as age spots

During the procedure, the laser uses light and heat to create tiny holes deep in the skin. The process gives your skin a ‘peel’ in addition stimulates the growth of new collagen. This plumps the skin from below, repairing photo damage and other skin imperfections.
Many patients see improvement two weeks after the treatment. Maximum results are visible in three months and last many years. Three treatments spaced at least 6 weeks apart give the best results.
