We service the North Queensland community from our Townsville office. We offer home care services to people living with a disability, older Australians and people returning home after a hospital stay. Our services include companionship, personal care and skilled nursing services. We put our clients first!

Meet the Team | TANIA SINCLAIR | Care Coordinator

Tania is the most recent member to join the RAHNQ family. Born in Cowra (NSW), Tania moved to Sydney with her family at 13. After leaving school, Tania commenced a management traineeship with Coles. After meeting her husband in Sydney, they relocated to the Central Coast where they married and had 4 of their children. They made the decision to move further up the coast, settling in the Gold Coast. Whilst living in the Gold Coast, they expanded their family with another two children.

Tania and her family made their latest move up to Townsville in 2013. Just prior to this move, Tania decided to move her career towards the healthcare sector. Tania completed her Diploma of Nursing in 2014, studying this at the same time as her eldest daughter. Over the following years, Tania worked in a skin cancer clinic, public and private hospitals, residential care facilities as well as disability care. This journey led Tania to joining the RAHNQ family after successfully apply for the role of Care Coordinator in August 2025 based out of the Townsville office, settling well into the team and workload.

When not working, Tania enjoys spending time with her family and now 6 grandchildren. Tania’s greatest desire is to travel around Australia with her husband.

Right at Home Jackaroos Finish in Style!

What a week on the greens! The Right at Home Jackaroos have wrapped up their 2025 Australian Tour of Scotland with an outstanding final day performance — extending their lead and showcasing true Aussie dominance.

After five days of fierce competition, the Jackaroos finished with a commanding 454.5 points to Scotland’s 211.5, and a remarkable shot difference of 769! 💚💛

From start to finish, our Jackaroos played with heart, teamwork, and world-class skill — embodying the very spirit of support, strength, and care that defines Right at Home.

👏 Congratulations to the entire team on a successful series and for proudly representing Australia (and Right at Home!) on the world stage.
