🎀 November is Pink Month at Empower Health NQ! 🎀

This November, our team will be going pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness and raise funds for the incredible McGrath Foundation 💗

Join us for PINK WEEK — November 24th–30th, where our clinic will be decked out in pink to show our support, spread awareness, and celebrate strength, hope, and community 💪💞

Together, we can make a difference — one step, one conversation, and one pink ribbon at a time 🎗️

Meet Bianca 💪✨
After a spinal cord injury in 2020 left her with minimal leg movement, Bianca hasn’t slowed down one bit — working, travelling, and training hard with our Exercise Physiologist Jacinta and Physiotherapist Brittany.

Through consistent rehab and incredible determination, Bianca has overcome shoulder pain, built amazing upper body and core strength, and is now exploring new possibilities with Pilates and lower limb training. 🚴‍♀️

Her next goal? Riding an adaptive 3-wheeled mountain bike — and we have no doubt she’ll smash it! 🙌

We’re so proud of Bianca’s positivity, perseverance, and her ability to make every session full of laughs and progress. Keep inspiring us, Bianca! 💙
