Our wonderful Trafalgar Residents have been busy flipping, whisking, and sizzling their way into the tastiest day of the year. From golden pancakes 🥞to creative toppings and cherished family traditions, the kitchen has been filled with laughter and the most delicious aromas. 😋💛
It’s always a joy to see everyone come together, share stories, and enjoy a warm treat made with love. Whether you prefer the classic lemon and sugar combo or a stack piled high with juicy berries, today is all about good food and great company. 🍋🍓

We have recently held our Encore Xmas Lunch , such a beautiful day spent in our lovely Community Centre.
We were so proud to have raised money through some raffles and lots of toys were donated to Bettermentall Australia Inc.
A big thankyou to Sampson's Bar & Grill for a delicious lunch .
