I’ll guide you through the foundations of Reiki and teach you simple, practical ways to clear, balance, and protect your energy - while helping you build self-confidence and learn to trust in your own abilities.
So you can support yourself whenever you need… and even share it with your kids or loved ones, if that feels right for you.
