3 years of Brandon 👏

This month marks 3 years since Brandon joined Momentum, and it honestly feels weird not to acknowledge it.

He’s a huge part of why the clinic runs the way it does. He genuinely gives a damn about his patients, shows up consistently, and is always there for the team. If things get busy or stressful, he’s the calm and steady presence.

He lives the Momentum values without needing to make a big deal about it - just puts patients first, backs the team, and does the right thing day in, day out.

We’re phenomenally lucky to have him. Thanks for everything you’ve brought to Momentum over the last 3 years 👊

Growing the team is exciting.
But we’re way more excited about who we’re growing with!

We didn’t bring on two new team members just to move faster.

We brought them in because they make the work better
not just the ideas, but how it all comes together.

They care about their role.
They ask better questions.

Starting March 2026, that means more intention behind everything we do and more care in what we deliver.

This kind of growth feels really good.
And we’re proud of who’s joining us.

Plus, we're going to be doing it in a brand-new, unbeatable clinic space 😉

We launched our Christmas giveaway on Monday and we've already had an overwhelming amount of interest and responses! 🥰

One of our favourite things so far is seeing the feedback you have for us.

While it's mostly unanimous that there's a desire for better parking (trust us, we know 😭), here are a few positive comments we've received so far!!

She’s passionate about helping people stay active and knows firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level 🏀

Meet Luis 👋 our newest physio here at Momentum.

What makes this even more special is that Luis is home grown right here in Traralgon. From playing footy locally to studying and now stepping into private practice, his journey has come full circle — and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on board.

He knows what it means to be part of our community and is passionate about helping people here in Gippsland move better and get back to doing the things they love. 💪

Luis officially joins the team in 2026, and we’re excited for all that’s ahead.

🚀 Meet Mitch! Our Newest Physio at Momentum Physio & Rehab Group 👋🏼

We’re excited to welcome Mitch Youngman to the Momentum family! 🎉 A local, originally from Drouin, Mitch knows the Gippsland community well and has been working closely with local sporting clubs to keep athletes performing at their best.

Mitch is passionate about helping people stay active and pain-free, combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehab to get the best outcomes. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find him hitting the gym, watching footy or cricket, playing guitar, or even testing his poker skills at a local game. 🏋🏼‍♂️🎸♠️
