Welcome Dr Kyu Jin Kim – Our New GP Registrar at Project Health General Practice!

We’re excited to introduce Dr Kim, who is joining the team in Feb 2026, stepping into the role previously held by Registrar Dr Rohit Rajpal, whilst he completes his training. Dr Kim grew up in New Zealand but is coming to us from Lakes Entrance, having practiced in Gippsland already - he brings fresh energy, dedication, and a passion for comprehensive patient-centred care to our practice.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Rohit Rajpal to the Project Health General Practice family this February 2025! Dr. Rajpal is joining us to further his training in General Practice, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for patient care.
🎓 A graduate of Deakin University with an MD and a Bachelor in Biomedicine, Dr. Rajpal has honed his skills through work across Victoria, from regional Warrnambool to bustling Melbourne hospitals. His diverse experiences have shaped his holistic approach to patient care, and he's excited to build lasting relationships with patients on their health journeys.
🌍 Originally from Kenya, Dr. Rajpal is fluent in English, Swahili, Hindi, and Punjabi, making him a valuable asset to our community!

Dr. Yong brings a wealth of experience and a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Melodi is originally from Malaysia and can converse English and Mandarin. She completed medical school in Scotland, and has also completed post graduate studies in surgical anatomy. She has a passion for dermatology and Skin Cancer medicine and will be furthering her General Practice training at PHGP.
