Better Help is Hiring in Sale! Male Support Worker

We are looking for a Male support worker for a 16 year old male participant. Starting at one 2 hour shift per week and increasing to include day trips on school holidays.

Our participant is looking for a once per week shift (day negatable) 3pm to 5pm to begin with and scope to increase hours.

✨WE ARE HIRING!✨ Metung - Vic for immediate start

Required: Male Support Worker

Location: Metung Vic and surrounds

Hours: 7 days per week 8am-10am with additional shifts for appointments by agreement

Pay: $42.50 per hour plus penalties when applicable

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and fun male support worker to assist our amazing participant in Metung with prompting of daily tasks and transport

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Community access
-Personal Care assistance if required
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of clients and colleagues

About You:
- Male support worker with relevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Patient, proactive, and understanding of varying participant needs
-Willing to provide a range of supports including Community Access, Transport and other supports to NDIS participants.

Location: Traralgon Vic and surrounds

Hours:
Monday 9am to 12pm then 1pm to 5pm
Tuesday 8am to 12pm
Wednesday 6 hours (flexible start time)
Thursday 8am to 12pm
Friday 9am to 12pm then 1pm to 5pm

Pay: $42.50 per hour plus penalties when applicable

About the Role:
