As October draws to a close, we would like to highlight our Breed Street Clinic team proudly wearing Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirts to show support and spark important conversations among patients and the community.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Australian women, and early detection truly saves lives. đź’—

A huge thank you to our wonderful doctors, nurses and staff for getting involved and raising awareness and to our community for supporting such an important cause.

We’re proud to share that Breed Street Clinic has been featured on WIN News as one of the first regional practices to adopt the expanded bulk billing changes now in effect.

This means more local patients can now see a GP at no out-of-pocket cost for general appointments— supporting accessible healthcare for our Traralgon and wider Gippsland community.

Thank you to our amazing team for your ongoing dedication to our patients every day.

Breed Street Clinic highlights the vital issue of ovarian cancer, which affects approximately 1,815 women in Australia each year. Unfortunately, most cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage, making treatment more difficult.

At Breed Street Clinic, we are committed to raising awareness about ovarian cancer and its early symptoms to improve early detection. Knowledge is key, and through education, we aim to make a difference in the fight against this disease.

As February is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, we encourage you to join us in spreading awareness and advocating for early detection. If you have a family history of ovarian cancer, speak with your doctor about risk management options.
