There are new and revised guidelines for non-surgical cosmetic procedures. So if you are wondering why I cannot advertise my services this is the reason. These treatments come with some risk but when performed in a safe environment with a qualified practitioner after a thorough consultation the risk of adverse events is reduced. Always check that your treating practitioner is registered appropriately and while a presence on social media looks tempting it doesn’t always result in the desired outcome. A full consultation of medical history, pros and cons of treatment as well as pre and post care should be your experience. Changes are happening in this space and will mean all practitioners comply with this area of medicine with safer outcomes for all.
