Beautiful morning on the beach in Bali.

Looks overcast but felt fitting for a much needed moment of reconnecting back to self, to ground myself back in after a very hectic & somewhat overwhelming 24hrs.

The ocean was so warm. It felt like she was wrapping me up in a warm blanket of love ❤️ Was very peaceful, calm and energising. Could have sat in the water for hours allowing Mother Nature to nurture my body and soul 🫶

The Beauty of being in this environment, the calm energy Bali envelopes me in, is something I could easily live with every day ✈️🌎❤️🌸

It’s offical, I’m taking a much needed holiday ✈️🌎🌴 Can not wait to get on a plane in less than 24 hours and spend 8 days in Bali.

A lot of Rest and relaxation are on the cards for my time away 🔮🤩

I will be away until Tuesday March 17th. I will answer DM’s when I can, text messages when I arrive home and phone calls/voice messages, I will be unable to receive them at all.

I will post some updates while I’m away but until then, have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you all when I get back 🥰❤️

There is also a total lunar eclipse turning the moon red for the last time until January 1st 2029. This is the first Virgo lunar eclipse since 2008. 🌝🌕🌑♍️👧

We are now in another round of Mercury Retrograde, right through to March 20th.

It is a great reminder to be really careful with your communication, be it written or verbal. Double check everything before sending! Think carefully before speaking as you may regret some things you say.
Not a great time to sign important documents or sign contracts. Double or triple check everything.

Past events will come up to the surface. This is not to hurt you but rather help process emotions or thoughts that may have been buried a little deeper.

It’s a very important time to take care of one’s self. Take the time out you need to just be with yourself and maybe journal out what has come up for you in this season.

People can be reactive during this time. Don’t always see it as an attack against you but more so about what is lingering on the surface for them that they have not processed themselves. More projection than going internally can cause this to happen.

Whatever is coming up for you, please be kind to yourself. Take the time you need for self care, even just to sit for a minute ❤️

Hello everyone 😍

Welcome to 2026! It’s been a very slow start for many people, including myself, still releasing the old 2025 energy and preparing ourselves for what we want to begin, change, or start over in this new 1 year.

This past week we have extremely intense solar flares, causing many to feel scattered, anxious, flat and wiped out. Some are experiencing the opposite. High energy, focused, driven and striving for more. Whatever you were experiencing, it is right for you at that time.

Now we are starting to feel the affects of coming out of this intense energy wave. You may be experiencing all sorts of aches and pains in the body, headaches, old injury pain, teeth and gum issues, light sleep, intense dreams, extreme hunger or not feeling the need to eat at all, digestive issues, flat, tired and even with good rest, feeling like you haven’t rested at all. I call it an energy hangover which can last a few days as the body tries to absorb what’s hit us 🤯

Listen to your body and your intuition as it will guide you to the best care you need for you. And always remember, if you are concerned about how you are feeling, it’s ok to seek medical advice.

Goodbye 2025 and welcome to 2026

Thank goodness 2025 is now complete. I know it was a very heavy, testing and difficult year for many kind souls. As we move forward into 2026, May we take the lessons of all the hardships 2025 inflicted upon us and turn them into personal power, strength and motivation to move us forward.

2026 will be a better year for many and I can’t wait to see what we all will achieve.

Thankyou to all my beautiful clients and friends here on this journey with me throughout 2025. All your support means the world to me and I look forward to seeing you all in 2026.
