What a way to end 2025! This year has been a hell of a year with lots of ups and downs, clearing past hurts and traumas, struggles that no one ever talks about and lessons beyond belief. These three amazing souls, who I am so grateful for and appreciate beyond measure, have been my ride or die for as long as I’ve known them. On my left is Marika. Marika and I have been friends for my whole life. Danny, to my right, I have known for around 11 years, courtesy of his beautiful wife, Julie, who I met over 12 years ago when my son was sick. Nicky and I have known each other since 2017. We met at an Expo in Rye when we were seated next to each other. These beautiful humans have helped me through so much and I know we will be connected for life. Today, Lesley from Psychic and Wellbeing Expo, had us all under one roof, doing what we all love the most, living our soul mission and sharing our wisdom and knowledge to help assist beautiful souls heal, in our own individual ways. Danny, Marika and Nicky, thankyou all so much for sharing your friendship with me. Your generosity, care and unconditional love is something I will always treasure. I am so grateful we were all able to work together today and I look forward what what 2026 will bring for all of us 💫🌸🙏❤️ And thankyou Julie for capturing this photo today, you are a treasure 💜🌸🩷

Spirit has dropped this song into my mind this morning and it’s been playing over in my head until they said share it 😌

It is a song I used to listen to when my life was in turmoil, when I was torn between staying and leaving, coming or going and then finally stopping and allowing it to rise to the surface.

~ Spirits message is~

Pain only hurts when we don’t deal with it. Pain only stays because we allow it to. Pain keeps us stuck in “victim mode” yet our souls, our true self, wants nothing more than to be free of it, to make space to fill with all the good things that are waiting in the light for you.

Pain will cause suffering, pain will cause you to hold yourself back, pain will keep you small, tiny and hidden away from the world that surrounds you.

It really is a beautiful kind of pain you feel when you allow yourself to release what’s holding you back. It’s scary but it will be worth it. And you will feel free.

For anyone who is struggling with letting go, take a listen with your headphones on and make sure it’s loud so the words hit your soul. Let it drown out the outside noise and focus on the inside silence.

Always know you are you are loved and divinely guided, just pause long enough to listen ❤️

Today feels like another high energy day. Prepare for more releasing, physical and emotional. Listen to your body, it will guide you and tell you what you need. Hydrate!! Keep your water intake up and consume fresh/clean food. Your body is now detoxing so watch for tummy upsets as well. As toxic energy leaves the soul, it has to pass through the body. You could also be feeling anxious and buzzy so try and move your body as much as you can today to shift that through. It’s definitely a push and pull kind of day. If your energy needs to be grounded, hop in the shower, even for 5 minutes. It will help calm the nervous system down. How are you feeling today?
