I have been attending an online summit about longevity/healthy aging. So I thought I would share some simple tips with everyone. Many of them originate in other cultures, but have more recently been backed by research.
Tip 1. Look at the sun/sky first thing in the morning. This has been shown to support brain health, mental health, alertness and clear thinking. So maybe worth a try? A few minutes is enough to start with, perhaps while you have your morning cuppa/water.
