Kangatraining Gippsland Kangatraining takes on both our cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, working with our babies as together they grow bigger and we become stronger!

Rebuild your strength & fitness while staying close to your baby - Kangatraining is the ultimate babywearing workout designed specifically for our postpartum body Classes combine floorwork and barre with both Pop & Latin choreography to give a full body workout, using the Tupler Technique to look after our pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. It has been specifically designed for our post-partum bodies by Women's Health Phyiotherapists, Midwives, and Babywearing Experts. It is the ultimate babywearing workout! Your Kangatraining class is different to other fitness classes because you move with your baby - no need to arrange a babysitter, or stop mid-way to settle your baby. Classes are 1 hour in length including warm up and cool down with stretching at the end - the more physical aspects of class are usually where you will find babies drifting off to sleep in the carriers as they move with your body to the music. You can begin once you have been cleared by your healthcare provider to return to exercise and are 6 weeks post vaginal delivery, or 12 weeks post cesarean. If you don't own a carrier, or aren't familiar with baby wearing - we have hire carriers available and will always make sure you & bub are correctly fitted.
