Pain doesn’t always mean damage. It’s often your body signalling overload. A structured assessment helps identify the true contributors so treatment is targeted and effective.

🤕 Headaches can be more than just “stress” — for many people, muscular imbalances and tight fascia play a big role.

By working on neck, shoulder and upper back muscles and addressing trigger points, we can often decrease headache frequency and intensity.

💡 Combine your session with simple at-home postural awareness for best results.

Most low back pain (about 80-90%) is non-specific — meaning it isn’t caused by a serious structural pathology, but by muscle, fascia, joint and movement dysfunction.

Soft tissue treatment can:
✔ reduce muscle tension
✔ improve joint motion
✔ support postural control

Combine this with daily movement tweaks and you’ll get longer-lasting relief.

If it’s your first time seeing me, don’t worry — it’s not just “jump on the table and hope for the best.”

My treatments are assessment-based, which means I look at what’s actually causing the problem, not just where you feel the pain.

A first session usually includes:

✅ a quick chat about what’s been going on
✅ checking movement and muscle tightness
✅ targeted remedial treatment
✅ reassessing afterwards to see what’s improved

The aim is simple:
less pain, better movement, and long-term results.

If you’ve got a stubborn issue that keeps coming back, feel free to get in touch.
