Early Autism Detection

Our director and speech pathologist, Kara, has undertaken a wide range of additional training in autism spectrum disorder.

The most recent is SACS training through Latrobe University.

Kara is now offering early detection appointments for families who are wondering if their young child may be showing early signs of autism.

Last night KDSP had the pleasure of attending The Little Village dinner. It was such a great night supporting a cause that is making real impact right here in our community.

The Little Village Project is a community-led initiative helping disadvantaged primary school students in Latrobe thrive through timely, evidence-based support.

Since 2019, The Little Village Project has supported hundreds of children across 7 primary schools with direct health and education interventions.

Funds have helped pay for services like speech pathology, therapy sessions, cognitive assessments, occupational therapy, and more.
