I have helped hundreds of people quit smoking and va**ng. There are so many good reasons to quit. What are yours? Here are just a few that I've heard over the last few years:
**Because it's SO BLOODY EXPENSIVE
**Because I'm tired all the time
**Because there's nothing good about it
**Because I can't afford it
**Because the smell transfers to my baby
**Because I don’t want my kids to watch me die of cancer
**Because I don’t want my kids to smoke
