Have you heard... At Restore Physio we have been running virtual Pilates classes I’ve the past 5 weeks with the aim of keeping active and healthy over this time.
We start the class with a hello with familiar faces and warm up before getting into some great movement to make our bodies feel strong. Sometimes there may be even a little healthy muscle burn.
The class finishes with a stretch and then onto question time. This weeks question: what is something you do for yourself, just for you each day ... for some it was sitting quietly to have their morning cuppa, others like to walk around the garden or down their driveway, one of our lovely ladies spends time on her horse or listening to an audiobook and for some it was as simple as moving their body everyday.
Missed out on our last round of classes and want to get involved to keep your body moving and feeling strong.., we have great news for you because from Monday we will be kicking off our second round of sessions.
