Traditionally I’m a Cornell’s mint sauce girl, alas, it’s made off malt vinegar. You could use apple cider vinegar, but I just used brown vinegar. Home grown mint. How does it get any better - oh, you LEAVE it in the fridge and the flavour just gets better.

Prawn Noodle Curry and Mint Lemonade.

This was delicious. And a dish i will make again and again. Would be great with rice or even more as a soup! And as a last minute addition, made some mint lemonade!!!!

Home made red curry paste, which means you can make it as hot as you like or omit majority of the chilli. Lasts FOREVER.

Stumbled across and decided to stop for a bite to eat!!! Most amazing gluten free chocolate cake and the coffee was the best has EVER had. Wonderful service. Felt great being able to eat gluten free food. Delicious.

Don’t mind the dog toys in the background.

Mop head won’t be too far away, but we also have new mattresses and a couch arriving soon so thought I’d get the upholstery and mattress bundle. An extra battery, because we have Luna, there is lots of little brown hair and it’s a drafty house, so we also get LOTS of dust.

So I vacuum every day at least once if not twice.

It’s light weight, it’s easy to use, because it’s tall it’s easier to store, the handle beds down for additional compactness.

If you would like to come vacuum my house and try it out 😂😂😂😂😂 you are more than welcome.

I’ll grab the previous version and take a side by side photo and I’ll also be selling it ASAP, it has the complete package with lots of extras also!!!

These are my all time favourite biscuits. Eternally grateful that shared her recipe after I attended a cooking class. These are sourdough discard cookies, but I haven’t used the discard and used lactose free milk instead. Wheat free oats and gluten free flour. Full of yummy additions. If you want this recipe, I suggest booking a class with Tamara. They’re crunchy but soft. Sweet but salty. And just delicious.

I’m not one to measure.

This was meant to be a seafood lasagne… but one does not have lasagne sheets at the moment, so I’ve made a seafood pasta bake.

Sometimes I just chuck it in and go with the flow. Doesn’t always work, but oh my…. This one has..

I don’t have measurements for you….. but I can give you ingredients.

Garlic 🧄
Lemon 🍋 zest and juice of 2 lemons
Chives
Prawns
Snapper fillets
Canadian salmon 🍣 fillets - check out the colour 😲
I made lactose free white sauce in thermi, added a little more lactose free cream
Verjuice
Gluten free pasta.

Cooked the seafood and flavours in my new firra bakeware.

Used the new chop function to chop my cheeses, Parmesan, tasty and mozzarella 🧀

I honestly don’t care what my cheese looks like, it’s going to melt anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

Chucked it in the oven to finish thicken the sauce, cook the pasta and melt/brown the cheese!!!

Serve with salad or steamed veg

Voila 👌🏼

Bit late to the table with these🤦🏻‍♀️. Gluten free ANZAC biscuits. So easy. So yum. A nice little treat with a cup of tea. I used wheat free oats from these are a life saver. ®️
