We are thrilled to announce that after many months of dedication, paperwork, and perseverance, Elite Care NSW has officially partnered with Trilogy Care — marking an exciting step forward in our journey.

This partnership means we are now proudly recognised as an Aged Care provider.

It has been a long process, but one worth every moment. Our team is deeply committed to supporting older Australians with dignity, compassion, and personalised care. Becoming an aged care provider allows us to extend our services and continue making a meaningful difference in our community.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in helping us reach this milestone.

We look forward to supporting more individuals and families across Sydney & the Central Coast with the care they deserve.

Who are Lisa & Michael

🌟Our Story, Our Why, Our Elite Care Journey

We are Lisa and Michael Cordi, the founders of Elite Care Central Coast and Elite Care NSW. Our mission in disability and aged-care support is deeply personal and shaped by the journeys of the people we love most.

Lisa’s story begins with her brother Jason, who lives with autism and has been her inspiration since childhood. Supporting him taught her patience, advocacy, and the importance of dependable care. Lisa has been in the sector for over 20 years and has worked as a support worker, team leader, manager and now the director of Elite Care Central Coast & NSW. We always had a vision of creating a team for the participants —one that genuinely cared and wanted to walk alongside them on their journey.

Michael's story is shaped not only by his niece, who lived with cerebral palsy, but also by my mum.

When my mum reached the point where she needed aged-care support, we did everything in our power to secure it for her. But despite our efforts, the wait time was over 18 months. By the time she was finally approved, the support came too late. She had already passed away.

This experience stays with me every single day.

No family should ever have to wait that long for the care their loved one desperately needs. We understand we cannot make a positive impact with everyone; however, we want to make a difference where we can.

It is stories like these—our own and those we hear from countless families—that led us to create something different. Something human. Something responsive. Something compassionate.

Elite Care NSW & Central Coast exists because we believe people deserve timely, reliable, and meaningful support—whether they are living with a disability or ageing and needing help to remain safe and independent at home.

Today, we proudly support participants and older adults across the Central Coast and Sydney, with a team who share our values, our purpose, and our heart.

It saddens me when I see people
like this lady.
Wow, and this is what is wrong with the sector. Some people are in it for the wrong reason. Yes you are a business and yes you need to survive, but do it for the right reason and not the greed. If you think you are going to become wealthy, you are going to get a big shock. Have a purpose, have the right team that wants to support them, help them with their life goals, walk along side them on the journey. If you are after a pay only get a job in another sector as you will probably make more money there, if that are your intentions

⚽ A Club Built on Heart, Community and Inclusion

A huge thank you to Scott from the Western Sydney Wanderers for taking the time to show me around the club’s incredible facilities.

From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this isn’t just a football club — it’s a community movement.

The Western Sydney Wanderers began in 2012 with one powerful idea: a club for the people of Western Sydney, built by the people of Western Sydney. That sense of belonging and pride still flows through every part of the organisation today.

The Centre of Football is truly world-class, a standout in the A-League. From its high performance fields and player development hubs to its community outreach spaces, every detail reflects excellence and inclusivity.

What impressed me most is how the Wanderers Foundation goes beyond the game — delivering programs that embrace the whole community, from youth and grassroots pathways to All Abilities initiatives that create real opportunities for participation, confidence and connection.

At Elite Care NSW, we see the same spirit in what we do — breaking barriers, building inclusion and helping people realise their potential.
