MEET EMMA - OUR POWERHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER ✨

In the disability industry, strong operations mean safe, consistent and high-quality support for every participant and Emma is the powerhouse behind making that happen.

As Operations Manager, Emma keeps the wheels turning across ALL our services. From overseeing day-to-day operations and leading our team of managers, to refining processes and making sure standards stay high, she ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

But she’s not just behind a desk!!!

You’ll find her:
- Building flat packs for our SIL’s
- Leading team meetings and solving problems on the fly
- Bringing the office vibes (bangers always on 🎶)
- Keeping the temperature in the office at a crisp 18° … (non-negotiable) ❄️

Emma doesn’t just manage the system, she strengthens it. Her leadership, attention to detail and genuine care for both staff and participants are what help our services thrive.

And when she’s not holding the fort down? She’s likely chasing summer somewhere in the world or diving with marine life… our very own mermaid 🧜🏼‍♀️🌊

We’re lucky to have her leading the way.

Exploring tools in the sand isn’t just fun, it’s powerful brain work. Sensory play helps build fine motor skills, problem-solving, hand-eye coordination and focus. Activities like this also support regulation, confidence and independence in a way that feels safe and engaging.
