Disability Support Workers – Central Coast
Casual $32 - $37 per hour | Flexible hours | Tuggerah, Gosford & Surrounding

Position: Casual Disability Support Workers
Location: Tuggerah, Gosford & Central Coast Areas
Hours: 10-30+ hours per week (fixed shifts available)
Pay: $32 - $37 per hour
What You’ll Do
• Provide person-centred support to participants in our SIL homes
• Assist with daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, social support and meal preparation
• Support participants in developing independence, life skills and social connections
• Maintain participant records, daily shift notes and incident reports
• Follow individual support plans, including behaviour support and medication administration
• Ensure homes are clean, safe and comfortable
Key Requirements
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster (morning, afternoon, evening)
• A genuine commitment to supporting people with a disability
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude
• Team-oriented, with a focus on participant rights and independence
Qualifications & Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (NDISWC)
• National Police Check
• NDIS Modules
