Sooooo….we are excited to share that we are expanding! Central Coast Physiolates and Hope Wellness are opening a new centre in Tuggerah! We are super excited. Alara Womens Health Centre will be open from the 1st May 🥂👏😁

What a massive week!
Well done to our passionate and talented Massage Therapist Jess who has worked hard over the last months learning everything she needs to in Lymphoedema therapy! H This week has been the last leg of her course. An INTENSE week of face to face learning.
She has now finished the Australasian Lymphology Australia qualification run by the ALERT program at Macquarie Uni...
This means she can:
- assess you prior to breast or gyne surgery
- help you find the correct garments after lymph affected surgeries
- help you manage your fluid
Looking good ! Thanks for all your work helping people learn how to help people. 👍
