After the success of Christmas Cup we are hosting another qualifier for nationals. Heavy Hitters 💪

Saturday 4th of April 2025 at Lift3 gym and physiotherapy D/2 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah.

Hosting both tested and untested out of a combo with power bar for squats and bench, bendy bar for deadlifts.

We are two days out from Christmas Cup. For lifters and spectators here are all your important details.

Weighins will be held at Lift3 at 9am and 2pm. If session 1 lifters are travelling with session 2 lifters they can weigh in at the second session.

Lifters are reminded that this is an APL comp so read the rule books.

All placings for Christmas Cup are on DOTs points. There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female for session 1 and session 2 for both tested and open.

On Saturday we will have a coffee van with us most of the day. Our neighbours will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner so get ready for some beautiful smoked meats.

Parking, there is plenty of parking around the building. If people can please park past the gym so we can leave space for Cue and Crew patrons please.

Toilets inside are for lifters only, we have some fancy portaloos coming for spectators.

Livestream will be up on the Lift3 YouTube and is going to be a banger!

8 days out and here is the prime time flights rankings based on the athletes previous dots.

This is an opportunity for some exciting lifting as anything can happen and one missed attempt can make all the difference.

For those new around powerlifting DOTs is a fancy equation/ coefficient that allows lifters both male and female and all different body weights to compete fairly against each other.

Saturday the 30th it all kicks off at 9am for session 1 and 2pm for session 2 featuring the prime time lifters.

Reminder this is a DOTS based competition with medals for overall placings in tested and untested and prize money in tested only.

This is going to be a massive day and the primetime flight made up of the top lifters coming into the day looking to@be very competitive.
