✨ Thank you to everyone who attended my classes over the past few months! Your support has meant the world to me. I’m excited to share that I’ve completed my Advanced Diploma in Biomedical Yoga and am now awaiting my results. 🎉

I’ll be taking a few weeks off from teaching to recharge, but stay tuned! I’ll be introducing new classes and a fresh booking system soon.

Hello everyone! I’m Jess, the heart and soul behind The Nook, a yoga and meditation space created for busy mums and beginners. 🌿✨

As someone who isn’t super flexible or strong and is recovering from a chronic injury, I understand the challenges many face when starting a yoga journey. My goal is to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can breathe, relax, and find balance in your busy life.
