There has been a profound and significant shift within self and within the collective energies over the last 24 hours. The ascending previously moved through a deep purging phase and are now entering another major stage of activation.
Strong light codes, energetic upgrades, and multidimensional downloads are being received at this time. Intense heart and throat chakra activations, along with heightened ascension symptoms, are fully underway.
Any blockages within the auric and energetic fields are now rising to the surface to be transformed. Drinking more water when possible and grounding into Earthâs new frequency will support the integration of these energies. Breathe deeply into your being, allowing the Higher Self to guide and stabilise you. The metaphysical blueprint is now activating, upgrading, and transforming at accelerated speeds.
This moment offers an opportunity to reassess anything still lingering as a potential block to ascension progress. By consciously addressing these aspects, higher perception and clearer insight are achieved, bringing about necessary endings, closure, and resolution.
