About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the pharmacy while delivering a consistently high standard of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Retail Manager and Pharmacist Manager with day-to-day store operations
· Provide professional, friendly service and advice to customers
· Stock management, including ordering, stock takes, and merchandising
· Operate point-of-sale systems, pharmacy software, and telephones
· Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
About You
· Enjoy engaging with customers and providing outstanding service
· Possess strong communication and organisational skills
· Work well as part of a team in a busy retail environment
· Are self-motivated, adaptable, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
· Are eager to learn and develop new skills
Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
