Personal training at Thrive Wellness Hub is led by owner and coach Tamara-Dean, and it’s where her passion for health, movement, and the human body first began.
With 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Tamara-Dean has trained, learned, trialled, and lived through just about every style of training, dieting approach, and phase there is. That experience has shaped one core belief… there is no one size fits all method. Every body, every season of life, and every goal requires an individual approach.
These sessions are built on the philosophy that movement is medicine. Training is not about punishment or rigid systems, it’s about understanding your body, working with it, and building strength in a way that supports your physical health, mental wellbeing, and daily life and most importantly learning to master consistency and how to use your time wisely.
Coaching focuses on helping clients fall back in love with their bodies through education, awareness, and confidence. Sessions may include:
- Training in alignment with mental and hormonal cycles
- Injury management and pain-aware movement
- Mobility, release work, and movement quality
- Building strength, resilience, and long-term capacity
- Learning how to train in a way that fits your lifestyle, energy, and circumstances
Tamara-Dean is deeply passionate about helping people navigate challenges she herself had to learn the hard way & often alone. This allows her to coach with empathy, realism, and understanding, not judgement.
To support full body health and recovery, every personal training session includes a complimentary 30 minute wellness and recovery session at Thrive, seamlessly integrating training, recovery, and nervous system care into one complete experience.
This is personal training with purpose, grounded in experience, education, compassion, and care.
All sessions are delivered in a safe, calm, non-intimidating environment, away from crowded commercial gyms, allowing space to move, learn, and rebuild confidence. Bookings start the 10th of February, get your name on the list as spots are limited. ✨
