GLAICA Ltd Spreads Christmas Cheer Through Community Outreach
- Featured in the Forster Fortnightly on page 12
This past Christmas season, GLAICA Ltd was proud to coordinate a heartfelt Christmas Outreach initiative in partnership with the Forster Tuncurry Uniting Church and Home Base, coming together to support members of our local community who are less fortunate during the festive period.
The initiative was shared with GLAICA Ltd staff, families, village residents, and volunteers through a community letter, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. The generosity, kindness, and willingness to help shown by so many was truly heartening and a strong reflection of the compassion that exists within our community. Thanks to its success, this Christmas Outreach program will now become an annual initiative.
The day itself was a wonderful example of what can be achieved when organisations work collaboratively with a shared purpose. Beyond the practical support provided, the outreach created a sense of connection, dignity, and care for those who needed it most during a time of year that can be particularly challenging.

Each of these individuals, along with many others working quietly behind the scenes, played a vital role in the success of the day. GLAICA Ltd is incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such dedicated and community-minded people who consistently give their time, energy, and care to support others.
Building on this momentum, GLAICA Ltd is excited to continue working alongside the Forster Tuncurry Uniting Church and Home Base on additional outreach programs throughout the year. These future initiatives will further strengthen community connections and provide ongoing support where it is most needed. More details will be shared once plans are finalised.
This Christmas Outreach initiative is a powerful reminder of the strength, generosity, and compassion within the Forster–Tuncurry community. It is a testament to what can be achieved when organisations and individuals come together with a shared commitment to making a positive difference.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and goodwill to make this program such a success. We look forward to continuing this meaningful initiative again this year. God bless.
