You’re tired.
Bloated.
Your skin’s flaring, your mood’s flat, your digestion’s a drama and you’re thinking maybe it’s my hormones… maybe I need supplements…
maybe I need to spend $200 on a magic tincture but here’s a wild thought:

Have you even eaten your veggies today? 🥦

We’re out here looking for root causes when the root cause might just be that your body hasn’t seen a green thing in DAYS.

Fibre moves things.
Micros matter.
Your gut literally can’t do its job without colour, crunch and real food.

Before you start blaming your hormones, try 80–100g of broccoli with your next meal or 80-100g cucumber for a gentler introduction.

Before you buy another cleanse, just… eat something that grew in the ground 🤓

It’s not sexy, but it works.

If you’re exhausted, eating “healthy,” and still not feeling better… fasting isn’t your missing piece.

It’s easy to think cutting food is the fix.

Especially when you’re tired, bloated and desperate to feel like yourself again.

But if your body’s already under-fuelled and under-slept, fasting just adds another layer of stress.

Your hormones don’t heal from less food.
They heal from enough food - steady blood sugar, consistent meals and actual rest.

If you’re constantly chasing energy, craving sugar, or snapping at your kids by 3pm… your body IS NOT asking you to fast.
It’s BEGGING you to eat, sleep (when you can, or at the very least do what you can to support sleep) and slow down long enough to feel safe again.

Fasting can be powerful - later.

But first, your body needs to know you’ve got its back 🥰

Fuel first. Then fine-tune.
That’s how you build energy that lasts.

There’s something wild about being a mum to both a boy and a girl.

It’s the contrast between mess and the magic, noise and quiet - the constant pull between nurturing and letting go.

It’s teaching him to be kind without dimming his fire.

Teaching her to take up space without feeling like she has to earn it.

They’re little mirrors of each other and me and two peas in a pod - they show me my soft spots, my flaws, my failures, my strength and all the parts I’m still figuring out.

They remind me that love doesn’t fit a mould.
It’s loud, soft, fierce, flawed and everything in between.

Raising these two is the best kind of wild 🌿

If you’re constantly craving sugar, it’s not a discipline issue - it’s a signal.

Your body is asking for something it’s not getting.

🍫 Most sugar cravings stem from energy or nutrient gaps, not weakness or lack of control.

When you understand what’s driving them, you can fix the cause - not just fight the symptom.

Here’s what your cravings might be telling you:

🚨 Low magnesium: energy dips, chocolate cravings
🚨 Low chromium: blood sugar instability
🚨 Low zinc: dulled taste, disrupted insulin response
🚨 Low B-vitamins: afternoon fatigue, poor stress tolerance
🚨 Low iron: low energy, sugar-seeking for quick fuel
🚨 Low omega-3s: low mood, emotional comfort eating

IF your nutrition is on point and you’ve been following your plan consistently and successfully for a period of time, also look at lifestyle factors: poor sleep, skipped meals, processed foods, intolerances (dairy, gluten) hormones and insulin resistance (hello PCOS gals) and chronic stress all mess with appetite and blood sugar control.

Fuel your body properly, and the cravings quiet down.

Strength first. Strategy always.

But the beautiful thing?
You can rewrite it.

Your past isn’t proof you can’t, it’s evidence you’ve already survived harder things.

The lessons stay but the limits don’t have to.

When you stop defending who you were and start backing who you’re becoming… everything shifts.

That’s where momentum, confidence and true inner peace start to build.

The past shaped you.
It doesn’t have to define you.

There’s a warmth and calm that runs through my coaching.

Not because life gets easier, but because we build resilience that holds steady through it.

I’m not here with fireworks or grand promises. I show up with presence.

With steadiness. With heart.

My clients don’t come to me to be fixed, they come to feel supported, seen and reminded that change doesn’t have to be frantic to be powerful.

I don’t rush your growth.
I build with you.

You’ll feel seen, heard, most likely challenged, above all supported and reminded that your strength doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

My hope is that when you look back, you realise
you were never broken, you’d just never been through ‘this’ { insert life’s chaos } before.

My hope is that you feel calm, capable and grounded in your own strength again,
like life can feel steady and love for yourself can feel safe.

You just needed someone to walk beside you long enough to remember what you were capable of.

Check out the progress my client and friends for over 30 years has made in ONE WEEK 👏🏼

Mum of two. Shift worker. Exhausted. Busy and active outside of work with 2 young kids and life. 3 weeks into nutrition coaching and starting to find her groove 🥹👌🏼

It hasn’t been perfect, some days are still grab-and-go, but this week we focused on whole meals instead of random snacking and being more prepared for the long arvos between school pick-up, activities and dinner.

Her energy, digestion and recovery have noticeably shifted.

Proof that when you fuel properly (even imperfectly), your body responds fast.

This is what trying something new and giving herself the time to learn not be perfect from the get-go looks like 💪🏼 SO PROUD OF YOU

When we wonder why the math ain’t mathing hey 😆 🩷🩷🩷

I was awake from 1am–3am thinking about this and how I often I see this in check-ins in response to the question “did you stick to your meal plan?” The answer is often goes like this:

“Yes… about 85%” it sounds good…
…but the correct answer to that long-term is No.

Because across time, that’s 2 full days a week, 8 a month, 96 days a year NOT showing up how you said you would.

It’s not about perfection, it’s just maths.
But those little “meh” moments add up fast.
And I’m not perfect either… but when I want something, I am all in.

When you want what you say you do and nothing’s shifting, but you know you’re not following the plan your coach has written for you - you’ve gotta turn the lens on yourself.

Tighten the gap between what you want, what you say you’re doing and what you’re actually doing 👀 because you think we don’t know but WE KNOW if you aren’t doing what you say you are 😅
