Our bodies are our constantly changing constant. Our barometers for our physical, and emotional environments. To achieve all that we wish to in our lifetimes, we must connect, and work with ourselves. I've experienced the value of treating my body with care and respect, and it has changed my entire life in amazing ways. Primarily working through massage, I integrate nutrition, kinesiology, cranio-sacral therapy, and reflexology to assist you in recovering your connection, wellness, and trust in your body and mind.
