To everyone who trusted me with their bodies, their recovery, their nervous systems, their quiet moments, their stories, laughs, tears, pain, and joy… 14 years in, I continue to be humbled. Thank you.

As we move closer to the summer solstice, and a shiny new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on both a truly transformative year for Flowstate—and for me personally. From launching the barrel sauna (and learning to shovel gravel like a pro) to connecting with so many incredible clients, I’m beyond grateful for every single person who has supported this journey.

To those who booked a session, shared a post, tagged a mate, left a kind review, or even just cheered me on from the sidelines—you are the heartbeat of Flowstate. Your trust, kindness, and belief in what I offer keep me going, even when things have felt overwhelming.

A massive thank you to my local legends who’ve helped me grow this dream into reality. From your steamy sauna sessions to your towel-squished, delightfully wonky post-massage smiles, every interaction reminds me why I love doing this so much.
