Strong core= less back pain, better posture and more confidence in your body. Even five minutes a day can make change and transform how you feel! π
Dead bug- Lie on your back with your arms reaching up towards the ceiling, put your legs in tabletop, engage your core. Slowly reach one arm back down to the floor as you extend the opposite leg out at the same time, return to center then do the opposite arm and leg.
The Plank- on your elbows and toes, lift hips up and hold
Toe taps- lying on your back in a tabletop position, slowly lower and raise one leg, tapping your toe on the ground, then return to tabletop
Bridging- lying on your back, knees bent, slightly tilt your pelvis then slowly lift up your spine, one vertebra at a time, then return down to the floor, one vertebra at a time again
