It has been a gentle and fantastic start!

I am so grateful to be here. The organised chaos of the traffic seems to just flow.

I have been wrapped in bubble of a hotel this past day. Today we venture to town for our temple wear.

Tomorrow Temple District is where the real surrendering will happen.

(Saw my 1st monkey almost immediately 🙈 )

Here we come!

Recently I was offered an opportunity to head to India on a pilgrimage.

After much consideration, this is an experience I just could not pass up.

I will be visiting many many temples, clearing my spiritual karma and developing myself along side one of my coaches and beautiful women I have not met yet.

We will be out of office Friday 7th November and back in practice Wednesday 19th of November.

We have some availability beginning the week of the 24th of November for initial appointments. If you have been thinking of starting your new health journey before the end of the year.

Regular clients to nurture chiropractic and those they refer in will be given top priority for appointment times.

We will be uncontactable while we are away.
