Life Lately! Just going with the Flow.
Asking ourselves…
What we want to do in ochres first year of life?
Not getting fixated on being in one place or doing one job
Allowing life the happen how it is suppose too
The beautiful ripple effect of life, one door closes and another one opens.
So here we are. Learning, Growing, Loving and Exploring.

1 weeks postpartum.
Proud of my body and have a an even deeper appreciate and love for what it is capable of.

Currently allowing my body to rest and heal before I get back into training. I’m one kg difference in weight since falling pregnant, but a different body composition. Keen to get back into it but patient at the same time

I’m focused on Brest feeding, changing nappies, gazing into ochres eyes and watching lane be a beautiful daddy!

Don’t mind the Breast pads, pad and mum un**es

Happy healthy and strong

We had a Natural Home Water Birth, my experience was out of this world. I trusted my body and the process, it unfolded so beautifully, pain turned to pleasure and although there were moments of doubt and fear they didn’t linger long, I’m thankful for the loving support from Lane, my twin Lauren and midwife Sunny.

Nothing can quite describe the transformative experience of birth. But here I am now as a mother and Lane as daddy and we are just lapping it all up together

We are enjoying being in the moment at home and will reply to messages slowly over time, lots of loveeee !

41 weeks, I am patient as I cherish these final moments, I am not afraid and trust the process that baby will come earthside when he or she is ready.

What a magical time pregnancy over the last 38 weeks has been.

I feel so strong and capable, so healthy and happy. So in love with being pregnant that I’m going to miss it.

I have not put any pressure on myself at all and that in itself has been one of the biggest blessing because everything I do is always good enough.

It’s been a great lessons for life really
I use to place to much pressure on myself to work, eat a certain way, look a certain way, always train, be productive, do all the things that simply take you away from just.. being, living.

Instead of beating myself up for all the things I thought I wasn’t doing good at,
I celebrate all the little wins!
I enjoy the moment, the now, the present, adapting with changes and challenges more easily

I truly believe my health & physical activity have played a huge role in such a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy!

I understand we all experience it differently and there are so many factors to take into consideration, personally for myself I feel and know that what I choose to eat, how I choose to live, what I drink, my mindset and my daily movement has really impacted my pregnancy journey in all the best ways

I am 35 weeks pregnant and loving every moment of pregnancy!

Training in the gym 4-5 days for 30mins
Stretching daily
Walking and riding the bike
Going on nature walks
Eating a variety of organic foods and still having balance with ice cream - chocolate etc
Slowing down and listening to my body
Resting and sleeping more
Loving my body - something I thought would be hard with the extra body fat but I don’t remember the last time I looked in the mirror and shamed my body

I feel I’m in a state of awe and gratitude to be growing a human and looking after it inside my belly for the last 35 weeks still blows me away

I’m going to enjoy the final few weeks before the next phase of the journey begins !!
