This is a Healthy North Coast (HNC) Primary Health Network (PHN)-Sponsored Project designed to integrate Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT) in the management of chronic diseases in the Tweed Area (Northern New South Wales and Southern Gold Coast) of Australia.

The PKG Medical Centre and Kennedy Drive Medical Centre are managing this project in partnership with the HNC PHN.

This raffle draw is part of an overall strategy to stimulate engagement with this project, which is expected to ultimately deliver sustainable, comprehensive, affordable and high-quality care in the Tweed Area.

PKG Medical now Bulk Bills Everyone from November 1, 2025 (Irrespective of Age or Pension Status). Adds New Bulk Billing Skin Doctor.

The PKG Medical Centre is pleased to announce that, from November 1, 2025, every patient will be bulk billed for all eligible services.

This includes consultations for patients of all ages, including those with or without pension or concession cards.

Iron infusions and all skin consultations will also be bulk billed.

Only a small gap fee may apply to some skin procedures, such as biopsies and excisions.

In preparation for this, KDMC has permanently added a new skin cancer doctor its existing team. The current doctors include:

2. Dr Paul Balin
3. Dr Lee-Fan Sui
4. Dr Bruce Litchfield

This expansion aligns with our primary goal of delivering quality and affordable care to all. This is our drive.
