👩🍳 HEAD CHEF WANTED — PIONEER COUNTRY, TWEED HEADS SOUTH
We’re on the hunt for an awesome Head Chef to join our family-run crew at Pioneer Country — our 170-acre working cattle farm turned wedding venue.
🕒 Around 20 hours a week, super flexible — do prep around school runs if you need, we get it. Off-season is Jan, Feb, & Mar. Approx 60 events per year
🔥 Huge kitchen, great gear, and an even better team.
🥩 We’re big on local Tweed Valley produce and showcasing the best of what’s grown right here.
💰 Paid according to the Hospitality Award (senior chef).
👰♀️ Events range from 20–220 guests, and we love making food that people actually remember.
You’ll be running the kitchen, doing the ordering, costing new menus, and leading a small, well-oiled team who actually enjoy coming to work (true story).
