Tweed City Family Practice is a group general practice located in a large suburban shopping complex in Tweed Heads South, northern New South Wales. The practice is situated in modern well appointed premises that include nine consulting rooms and a large treatment room. The practice consists of 7 Doctors, supported by 5 Nurses and 5 Medical Administration staff. The doctors provide a comprehensive range of family medical services and have special interests including women’s health, skin cancer management, obesity, asthma, diabetes, travel medicine, men’s health, drug and alcohol problems, HIV and hepatitis, Aboriginal health and rural medicine. We have visiting allied health service providers including a podiatrist, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, diabetic educator and an audiologist. The practice operates a mixed billing policy, with bulk billing available to those who have a current concession card from Centrelink, are 16 years of age or under, or at the discretion of the treating doctor.
