As we move into the cooler months, it is important to consider that painful joints (e.g osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis) can become aggravated. Particularly in the cool at night or in the morning. ๐Ÿฅถ ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Whilst cold weather doesnโ€™t cause arthritis. In those living with this condition, cold weather can increase the joints pain sensitivity

Good news is that itโ€™s highly unlikely to be new tissue damage.

Bad news is that the area is hypersensitive and uncomfortable!

Winter is coming ๐Ÿฅถ

If you donโ€™t have good exercise habits in place, it can become hard to start in the cooler weather.

As the weather is still beautiful โ˜€๏ธ Now is the perfect time to establish good exercise routine!

Few keys to remember starting an exercise routine:

1) What goal do I want to achieve that exercise will help with? E.g I want to play more rounds of golf

2) What form of exercise do I enjoy?

Find an exercise you enjoy, start slow (1 x 2 bouts of 10 minutes per week) and gradually build from there in the weeks and months that follows!
