Paula at Coralville Care has a couple of spots left in her fun Aqua fit class at the Port pool. 🙌🏻
Indoor shed ✅
Heated pool ✅
Great music ✅

Now that the humidity is here it’s a great way to cool off while getting some exercise before Christmas. 🤽🏼‍♀️
NDIS funded weekly or book a block of sessions to suit. 🕜

We had another fun aqua fit session today. 👌

Susie is from PORT Supports and comes along with one of her clients to our weekly sessions.

Fun fact - Susie confessed today whilst an Abba song was playing that she too is an Abba fan - so luckily for her Abba seem to make an appearance somewhere in my playlist most weeks.🎶

Yes, we might be in lockdown again but we can still participate in supports like: 🎭

Animal husbandry/horse riding, playing with ponies, bike riding, kayaking, walking, swimming or yoga to name a few! 🤸🏾‍♂️
All done safely with little to no Community contact. 🪢
