Hey lovely people!
Just letting you all know that my massage business is relocating to the North west coast, my last day massaging at Elite Lashes will be Monday the 18th October.
At this stage I will be massaging in a salon in devonport called Flesh Therapy whilst also aiming to open up my own massage space in the north west coast, most likely to be in ulverstone.
I want to thank you all for your continued support through out the whole journey of my business! 🥰 I'll miss you all! 🤸‍♀️Benefits of stretching 🙆‍♀️
There are so many benefits to stretching. Its a very good idea to incorporate stretches into your routine, weather it be daily, every couple days- when ever you push your self to. some is better than none. Also very important before and after exercise

Some benefits to stretching:
●reduced muscle tension
●enhanced muscular coordination
●increased circulation of the muscles and blood to various parts of the body
●increased energy levels
●increased balance & flexibility
●improved posture
●improved results/performance in physical activities.
●great for stress relief/calming the mind.

Here is a link to some great stretches to try at home, the gym, outside or any where you fancy.
