It was about time for a new challenge... Testing core and strength... And our trust haha. We were aiming for the picnic table pose. We got it for about 1sec... Does it count?? Even the physios need to have some play time ;) Benny Hill music might have been more appropriate haha!

Many of us have peanut balls or gym balls lying around at home! Why not set up a great core and trunk stability exercise for your kids to try :) You can do any variation or twisting or reaching to the floor to engage the core!
