NOT LONG TO GO!!!!! As we approach the school holidays, if you can let your physio know if you would like to continue or have a break from your sessions, it would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, we often have increased capacity over the break, so if you are looking for some additional sessions or hydrotherapy (indoors), let us know!!!

As most of you know, we have some exciting news! We are moving our clinic back to Dapto. We have an amazing new space in a great location. We are opposite a children's park, opposite the lake, have a bigger space and parking is not an issue. The address is 1/58 lakeside drive in kanahooka. It is about 7 to 8min away from our current clinic. If this affects your appt and haven't had a chat to us, please reach out and we will do out best to accommodate everyone. We are so excited for this new journey and to share it with you!! We will be starting from the 16th Feb in our new location :)

As we approach the Christmas break, we wanted to take the chance to wish you all a merry Christmas from the girls at Jump Start kids physiotherapy. Thank you for an amazing year and we will hit 2026 even harder!

Just a reminder that we finish the last appts in unanderra on 19th dec and in Nowra on 22nd Dec. We will be having a break until 5th Jan :)

As always, Stacey will be contactable during that period so if you need anything, please text, email or call.

And if there were any families who wanted to book in for hydrotherapy over the break, we have a few sessions available... So contact us if you're wanting your kids to get in the water over the summer for physio
