At Top Health Doctors mixed Billing will be continued after 1st November 2025.

Our priority has always been to provide thorough, personal, and high-quality care for every patient.

While we understand that bulk billing can appear more convenient, the reality is that this often limits the time and attention your doctor can dedicate to your care.

The traditional bulk-billing model encourages short, high-volume consultations, which can make it difficult to:

🩺Fully understand your individual health story
🩺Manage complex or chronic conditions properly
🩺Build a long-term, trusted relationship with your GP

From 1 November, we shall be maintaining our current mixed/private billing fee structures across our clinics. This allows our doctors to spend the time you deserve on your health, ensuring your care is safe, comprehensive, and focused on long-term wellbeing.

We remain committed to supporting our community. Bulk billing will continue for a limited number of patients who are genuinely underprivileged or facing financial hardship. THD clinics bulk bill children, pensioner card holders and healthcare card holders - refer to each clinic for specific child age and *eligibility details or this service.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding and for supporting a model of care that puts your health first. We will continue to keep our gap fees as low as possible while maintaining the high standards of care that define Top Health Doctors.
