Ever wondered what happens behind the doors at our creative workshops? Each step is guided by care, creativity, and a belief in every person’s unique journey. The space is filled with laughter, gentle encouragement, and the freedom to explore at your own pace.

Workshops: Wednesdays and Fridays, Adult workshops from 9:00 am - 11:30 am and Teen workshops: 12:30 pm - 3:00 & 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm in Springwood, QLD or message us to chat about how we support NDIS participants with flexible, trauma-informed care. Your next step might just start here.

We are accepting referrals and expression of interest for Adult workshops on other days of the week. If interested, please contact us.

X Factor Abilities was founded and delivered from a lived experience of physical and psychosocial disability and the benefits creative spaces can have as we manage our disabilities.

We're thrilled to announce our Term 1 craft and art workshop calendar, thoughtfully designed with psychosocial recovery and trauma-informed practice at the heart of everything we do.

Each session is carefully structured to support your wellbeing journey through creative expression, building confidence, and celebrating your unique strengths. Our workshops create safe, welcoming spaces where you can explore your creativity at your own pace.

**What to expect:**
✨ Diverse craft mediums (resin, painting, polymer clay, and more)
✨ Small group sessions with personalised support
✨ Trauma-informed facilitation that respects your needs
✨ A judgment-free environment focused on your wellbeing

Adult workshops - 9:00 am - 11:30 am Wednesdays & Fridays
Teen workshops - 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm Wednesdays & Fridays
- 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm Wednesdays & Fridays

If you are searching for something new to do and participate in for 2026, then look no further! Workshops resume on the 28th of January, 2026.

X Factor Abilities Craft & Art workshops provide experiences in a range of craft and art mediums:

• Polymer Clay
• Resin – Epoxy and UV
• Beading
• Acrylic Pour painting

Emerging mediums for 2026 include Decoupage, Sublimation printing, DTF printing, Resin Crete and Textured painting.

We have capacity for new participants across our sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays, with future goals of opening up Tuesdays and Thursdays also.

When: Wednesdays & Fridays -
Adult sessions: 9:00 am-11:30 am
Teen sessions: 12:30 pm-3:00 pm & 4:00 pm-6:30 pm
