Even if you have existing injury. Better Balance for Life is a results based program that will help you regain and maintain Balance and Strength. My goal is to help older adults stay on their feet, prevent falls and keep you in your homes for as long as possible (Hopefully forever). With a little consistency and persistence you can change your future with my program. I have seen the results myself and am very excited to be able to help you on your fitness journey.
