✋️Stop the client search for another clinic.
1. Schedule practitioner avail slots when clients need it to book more often than not.
2. Adhocly add 30min, 1hr or 2hr slots to your schedule to increase your clinic earning when you are OK to stay longer in care. Think of thst extra time every 2-3 weeks.
3. You can add flexible times to your schedule to offer only to your valued existing clients in-house or booked by your phone reception team without random online booking people taking them and reducing their no shows.

Live Carer hours this Festive season are:

>Friday 23rd December early close at 3pm EST
>Saturday 24th December is as normal
>Closed for Xmas public holidays and back for live care Wednesday 28th December - 31st December.
* Friday 31st December is early close at 3pm EST

Happy New Year closed and then back for live care, Wednesday 4th January 2023.

All messages are returned to complimentary by Carers on the next live carer work day.
